SMEG Cooker a42C-5

The plug blew and I needed to change the 30 amp fuse in the fuse box. I changed this and bought a new cooker plug. I wired it upo and the red light appears to show electricity is flowing but the cooker is not on at all. Has a fuse gone in the cooker as well, or circuit breaker?
