oasis model 110 washer

Code F1 comes up. Inlets are clean. Have read that this model had some faulty boards. Also when i plug in the power cord i get a light spark at the outlet. The machine is in sleep mode at this time and i find it unusual that there should be a power draw. I can install the new board myself but am not sure were to get one from. Does Oasis have a recall program on these boards where i could get one at no charge? If not, I am near Calgary alberta canada and would like to know if i can pick one up there or maybe even over the internet with not to much of a wait. Thanks ROB
