Kenmore/Jenair Oven 629. - How do I turn it on?

I have the Kenmore/Jenair 629. There is no dial to turn on the oven. There are some buttons but when I press bake nothing happens. When i press bake and the "up" button nothing happens. When I press bake and any buttons nothing happens. Broil and timer buttons seem to work. Any idea where on line I can find a manual?
