Kenmore-GE Freezer model 363.8587881

The freezer gets down to about 37 degrees, refrig side to about 58-60 degrees. Seems to run in defrost mode a lot. Compressor runs and cycles but temps do not get where they need to be. It is a side by side w/water and ice on the door. Water is connected but the icemaker doesnt work.
