Kenmore Series 80 Dryer

My dryer, Kenmore Series 80, will not start up. Went through the troubleshooter guide ---none of these things are the problem. I set the dryer dial and it moves until it's off. The dryer will not move. I have just finished with one load which is especially wrinkled like it was too hot. I can';t find anything about the belts either. There is no electricity although the light is on and fuse has been reset ( it was not off). Thanks , Happy New Year.
