kenmore microwave oven model 721

my microwave just stopped working. I was pressing buttons on the keypad to heat something up and then all the power went out.. no lights, no display.. nothing.. tested the outlet & it's hot..even swapped plugs with my under cabinet lighting to make sure... It's all good, but no power indication from the microwave at all.. any ideas as to where to start looking??
