Kenmore Heavy Duty Dryer, model# c110 8340880

hey there...am experiencing periodic performance issues with the dryer...lately, there doesn't appear to be much heating action...just cool air..on occasion the light in the drum will not come on...at other times, not working at all! kinda puzzling...is there a fuse panel within the back dash, behind the one start button (on left) and the one dial (45 minutes max, on the right)?
