Kenmore Elite HE 3t - washing machine codes

I have a Kenmore Elite HE 3t. It started beeping and two alternating letters began to flash - F and H. I pressed pause which did nothing. I pressed pause again and the machine turned off - not lights. However, I could not open the door and I've got a machine full of wet clothes. I then unplugged the machine for about 30 seconds and plugged it in again, but nothing happens - no sound and no lights - and I still cannot open the door. I cannot find my manual. Purchased machine about 7 years ago.
Any advice?

We have owned our machine ( HE 3t) since August of 2009. We have had problems with the spin cycle, water level while washing a king size blanket. ( it didn't get the blanket thoroughly wet) And to top it off the machine flashed F 21 and leaked all over the floor this morning. We were told to wash our socks in a fishnet bag and that would solve that problem! We have always purchased kenmores, but please don't buy this model. You will have less clean and very wet clothes(doesn't spin) or not wet enough. And now I can't wash socks in it!
