Kenmore Elite Double Oven (aka Jen-Air 629.60002605)

Does anyone know how to use the timer on the Kenmore Elite Double Oven (aka Jen-Air 629.60002605)? I have tried pressing every possible key combination, but all I am greeted with is "beep, beep, BEEP, BEEP!". It's maddening!

Any help would be appreciated! Better yet, a user manual would be awesome!
