Kenmore Dryer model number 96550110

I have a Kenmore model number 96550110 and it is not heating. I read the website and it said that maybe the circuit breakers may have tripped and if they blow a second time I may have a faulty or blown heating element. Well I reset the breaker and now the dryer isn't coming on at all. Is my dryer kaput now.
