Kenmore Dryer 800 Series Quietpak2

My Dryer has been leaking water recently, I think my pilotlight may have stuck causing some condensation. Now my heat will not come on. Is the element out ? How expensive is it to fix. Also the dryer is loud. Ihave cleaned out the fins once already by a technician.
