Kenmore 70 Series electric dryer - New heating element and still no heat??

Kenmore 70 Series old element was removed and replaced.

Kenmore 70 Series old element was removed and replaced.

I have a Kenmore 70 Series electic dryer. I replaced the heating element and still no heat. I dont have a clue about these things but I can follow directions very well. I tried to find a manual for this unit without success. I have attatched a photo in the hopes someone can point out which part may be the problem.
