kenmore 52562100 model - water leaking and pooling in bottomr

by Darrell
(Ypsilanti, Michigan, USA)

My Kenmore 52562100 side by side started pooling water in the bottom on the freezer side and eventually it starts to leak and collect under the front and bottom on my floor. I have to break the ice out of the bottom but it comes back time and time again.

I'm assuming something is wrong with the ice maker but not sure.

freezer freezing
by: Anonymous

Have you figured out the problem? I had to defrost my freezer, which I found out turned off the frig as well, it seems the drain hole isn't draining.

Any ideas on how to fix it?
