inglis washing machine

My washing machine a little over 28 months old started smoking on the interior I believe its burnt rubber I smell not sure also it did not drain to loas untill I took out all the clothes. It was not a heavy load at all. I was nervous but I tried it again and it still smokes. Any suggestions...
