Icemaker Problem

Water not being delivered to the ice maker after being not used for a couple years. Water at the drinking dispenser is very slow. Water flows freely from the wall valve to the refrigerator (Model #: 596.73504200; S/N: 10537644CA) purchased at Sears in San Luis Obispo, CA several years ago. What could be the problem?
