dead...DEAD...and more dead.
by: Anonymous

We bought our home last year, delighted that the remodeled kitchen had fairly new stainless steel appliances: all GE and all have performed without fail until recently.
We had the same problem. Repair tech spent 2.5 hours with the part he ordered to fix it.
nada. zip. zilch.
He was stumped, called it "learning experience" and thought it might be something in the control panel. Good News: he didn't charge me anything for his time or travel. Bad News: dishwasher is probably toast.
I'm not willing to spend any more time and pay another repair person to determine the same thing.
We're shopping for another machine, most likely a Bosch.
