Dryer keeps running

We set the dryer at "more dry" and it never moves. The dryer ran continually for 29 hours at that setting. It was cherry hot. Bought brand new 1.5 years ago. Blessed our home didn't burn to the ground.

I have same problem with kenmore 965892 model replaced timer still won't stop.
