Does Kenmore Cold Spot Refrigerator(106-56673500) work in India?

I have a Knemore Cold Spot 106-56673500 mode refrigerator which is working fine in US(110V/ 60Hz.) I am relocating to India and was wondering if thsi refrigerator will work good in India(220v/50hz.) Ichecked teh sticker on teh fridge, but it says 110v/60 hz. This ietm will be in shipping fo 1-2 months if it wokrs will that be a problem for teh refrigerator. Greatly appreciate any pointers on this. Thanks BPN
