Built in Oven w/Microwave Problem

The microwave just stopped working one day. The light comes on but it does not rotate or cook. I hear the fan buzzing but there is no cooking going on. Can anyone help me? Model 911.49485/911.49489

How use conv.oven with turn table in oven

I brought a conv. and micro oven . My question is
how do i use the turn table in the conv.oven?
The last time I tried it the glass broke and
ruined the oven. Is there any information on
how to do this available? I don't want to ruin it again.
