Amana refrigerator not cooling but lower freezer working

I have an Amana Bottom-freezer refrigerator and the refrigerator isn't blowing cold air although the freezer seems OK but creating ice crystals on many items. Everything in the refrigerator is spoiling. What should I do?

Warm Amana Refrigerator

I have the exact refrigerator and the exact problem! I defrosted the bottom freezer, cleaned everything and, 24 hours later, the upper refrigerator part is still lukewarm! My food is spoiling too! HELP!!
